in North Carolina, the Speaker of the House is a Democrat named Jim
Black, who represents Mecklenburg county. He's a very powerful
politican here, but is in the middle of a big scandal and criminal
investigation involving bribes, favors, etc.<br><br>On this morning's

target="_new">Keith Larson radio show</a>, Keith was amazed
that despite all this scandal Black was still re-elected. So he
openned the phones to ask Democrats, not Republicans, why they'd still
